KIMBERLY HILL
Director
Kimberly’s extensive career includes 15 years at Medtronic (NYSE:MDT), where she held senior roles across sales, marketing, engineering, and strategy, followed by five years as Managing Director for a prominent medical device distributor across Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams, pioneering new market entries, and scaling operations to support emerging healthcare technologies.
She began her career as a software engineer in Colorado, developing surgical navigation systems for cranial and spinal procedures. This early experience ignited her passion for deeply understanding clinical challenges and designing solutions tailored to healthcare professionals’ needs.
During her tenure at Medtronic, Kimberly spent two pivotal years in Japan addressing adoption barriers for navigation, imaging, and service products throughout Asia Pacific. Relocating to Australia, she initially led market development and strategy for Medtronic’s Restorative Therapies across APAC and subsequently headed the newly acquired mechanical circulatory support (LVAD) business.
As Managing Director at Getz Healthcare Australia and New Zealand, Kimberly oversaw a regional team of 100, dedicated to bringing innovative medical technologies and services to market. Her leadership required comprehensive knowledge of customer needs, regulatory frameworks, reimbursement processes, clinical pathways, and dynamic market conditions.
At De Motu Cordis, Kimberly leverages her extensive experience in global market planning and execution to support the company’s international expansion and accelerate the development and commercialization of life-saving innovations.
Kimberly is currently the Director of Global Growth at Harrison.ai. Splitting her time between Sydney and Yamba, she tries to keep her partner (Bryan) and Cavoodle (Porter) well trained. She is an avid distance swimmer and occasionally finds herself persuaded to participate in triathlons.
