De Motu Cordis Appoints Interim CEO as Company Prepares for Clinical Trial

De Motu Cordis today announced that CFO John Corbett has been appointed Interim CEO, following the departure of CEO Peter O’Neill.

“We thank Peter for his leadership and positive contributions to DMC’s evolution over the past five and a half years,” said John Fraser, Founder and Chief Medical Officer. “With John Corbett stepping into the role, we are well-positioned to maintain momentum and deliver on our clinical and strategic objectives.”

Corbett brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across finance, governance, and strategy, including senior roles at ANZ and Suncorp.

De Motu Cordis remains focused on preparing for its next human clinical trial and advancing its mission to deliver emergency treatments for life-threatening conditions.
